Tenant information and data privacy

The necessary information is always generated in compliance with data protection requirements. This means that only tenant information that is relevant to the system technology can be entered into resivo.

Specific tenant information (master data):

First and last name
Link to the respective rental property
Email address and/or phone number (mobile) of the tenant
Move-in date
Access media of the tenant

Other tenant information (optional, deliberate decision by the facility management):

Access information of the tenant at common doors (access log)

The tenant information is only visible as per design to resivo admin portal users with the following authorizations:

Access authorization for this real estate
Have role authorization for viewing tenant information (role "Tenant management")

The access log is visible as per design to resivo admin portal users with the following authorizations:

Access authorization for this real estate
Have role authorization for viewing the access log (role "access log")

How long are the data stored?

Master data tenant information: is deleted immediately after moving out
Access log: 90 days
