The resivo utility app is the mobile application for facility management.

With the utility app, you can quickly and easily carry out the following processes:

  • View all real estates and their rental properties assigned to you

  • View status of rental properties

  • Map doors to rental properties

  • Move in and move out tenants

  • Add or delete access media

  • Carry out remote opening for external persons, e.g. technician or installers

Further functions:

  • Read battery level of the door components

  • Record battery replacement

  • Reset time of door components
