Manage profile

From Profile>Profile you can edit your user information and the language of the resivo admin portal.

The following details of your profile are visible in the Profile menu:

  • User ID

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Language

Change name, email address, and language

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  1. In the admin portal, click on the icon in the upper-right corner, and select Profile.
  • The following view opens:
  1. In the Details pane, make the desired changes.
  1. Click Save.
  • The changes have been saved.

Delete profile

If you want to stop using resivo, you can delete your profile.

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  1. Click on the icon in the upper-right corner, and select Profile.
  1. Click Delete profile.
  • The following pop-up opens:
  1. To confirm, click Delete profile.
  • You have deleted your profile.
  • You no longer have access to the resivo admin portal and the resivo utility app.
