Add real estate

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  • You are in the Real estate menu.
  1. Click New real estate.
  • The following view opens:

  1. Name the real estate.
  1. Select the time zone in which the real estate is located.
    NOTICE!The time zone is required in order for messages from resivo to be sent at the correct time and for digital keys to function correctly.
  1. Select the communication language.
  1. Select the battery replacement interval.
    Note: The battery replacement interval reminds you to check the battery charge level on a regular basis and replace the battery when necessary.
  1. Select whether you want tenants to receive the resivo home app invitation automatically after move-in or manually.
  1. Optional: Add individual buildings to your real estate which allows you to group rental properties and doors.
  1. Fill out the contact details for the resivo home app carefully.
  • This information is displayed to your tenants in the resivo home app under Contact facility management.
  1. Activate the required extensions.
  1. Optional: If you are going to create multiple real estates and want to save your input information, check the Create another checkbox.

  1. Click Create.
  • You will be returned to the main page with all real estates unless you checked Create another. In this case, the form to create another real estate will load.
  1. If you do not see your new real estate, refresh the page.
  • The new real estate is created.

Add REM setup card

The REM setup card is required to commission a real estate’s doors. You can add several REM setup cards. However, these are not registered by the system. Therefore, you must note down which REM setup card you have used for which door.

Important: If the firmware permits it, you can also use the virtual REM setup card to commission doors. The virtual REM setup card is generated automatically and is visible under Real estate>Settings>REM SETUP CARDS.

  1. Select the real estate created just now.
  1. In the menu, click Settings.
  1. To add a REM setup card, under REM SETUP CARDS, click + NEW REM SETUP CARD.
  • The following pop-up opens:
  1. Scan the QR code of the new REM setup card or enter its number.
  1. Click Add.
  • The REM setup card is added.
