Add a rental property

Here you will find the relevant video instruction for this article.

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have selected the real estate you would like to add a rental property to.
  • You have the Tenant management authorization.
  • The Aereon integration extension in Customer settings is switched off.
  1. In the Rental properties menu, click New rental property.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Give a name to the rental property.
NOTICE

Name your rental properties according to a format to easily find it later.

  1. Add a Description and the Floor.
  1. Optional: Select the Building the rental property is located in.
  1. Optional: Click Create rental property door to create the first door. Give the door a name.
NOTICE

You can enter as many doors as you need. Press Enter to confirm a door name and start typing the next one.

  1. Optional: Assign common doors and door groups to the rental property.
    Note: The active tenant automatically has access to common doors with an internet connection after moving in. Common doors without an internet connection must be updated.
    To assign the door to a specific rental contract instead of the rental property, see Add a tenant.
  1. Click Create.
  • The rental property is now visible in your rental property list.
