Delete tenants

Delete all active tenants

It is not possible to delete all active tenants of a rental property. The tenants must be moved out using the resivo utility app. If the move-out process was successful, the tenants are automatically no longer displayed in the resivo admin portal.

Delete individual active tenants

You are logged into the resivo admin portal.

You are in the Rental properties menu and can view your rental property list.

Select the rental property.

You are shown a list with all active and future tenants.

Select the desired tenant.

The following view opens:

In the line with the tenant, click the symbol and Delete.
Note: The tenant can only be deleted if the person has not been selected as the main contact.

You have deleted the tenant.

The tenant no longer has access to the resivo home app.

Delete all future tenants

You are logged into the resivo admin portal.

You are in the Rental properties menu and can view your rental property list.

Select the rental property.

You are shown a list with all active and future tenants.

Select the desired tenant.

The following view opens:

To the right of Contract details, click Delete.

You have deleted the contract.

You are in the Rental properties menu and can view your rental property list.

Select the rental property.

You are shown a list with all active and future tenants.

Select the desired tenant.

The following view opens:

In the line with the tenant, click the symbol.
Note: The tenant can only be deleted if the person has not been selected as the main contact.
