  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You have selected the real estate you wish to add one or more doors to.
  1. In the menu, click Doors.
  • If no doors are available, you will see the following view:
  • If doors are already available, you will see a list of all doors.
  1. Move your mouse pointer over Plan component.
  1. Click New common door.
  • The following view opens:

  1. Give the door a name.
  1. Select the component type.
  1. Optional: Select the building in which the door is located.
  1. For digital cylinder/c-lever only: If the component does not have an internet connection, deactivate the With internet connection option.
    NOTICE!The option cannot be changed later on.
    Note: Common doors without an internet connection come with restrictions.
  1. If the door is to be accessible to all tenants, activate the Enable for all tenants option.
  1. For access manager only: Enter the hardware ID (optional) and specify the settings for the wiring and interfaces.
  1. Click Plan.
  • The common door has been planned.
  • You are once again in the door list and can see the newly added door.
  1. Click the newly added door.
  1. Click the Settings tab.
  1. Check the settings and adjust them if necessary.

Door opening time

After the set time expires, the door component locks automatically.

The default value is 6 seconds.

Operating mode (online doors only)

Possible values:

  • Open with key (default)

  • Permanently locked

  • Permanently unlocked

  • Door open profile: During the specified time periods, access is possible without a key. Outside the time periods, access is possible only with a valid key.

Enable for all tenants

If the toggle is switched on, all your tenants can enter this door. Your tenants can also grant access to other persons. If deactivated, only authorized tenants and persons can enter this door.
The default is off.

Activate remote open for tenants (online doors only)

If the toggle is switched on, tenants with access rights can open the door remotely through the resivo home app.
The default is on.

Access with user interaction (online doors only)

If the toggle is switched on, mobile access app and resivo home app users must press the button in their app to open the door (if TapGo is deactivated).
The default is on.

RSSI value (dBm) (online doors only)

The RSSI value (received signal strength indicator) determines the distance from which a device can detect a smartphone. The higher the value, the closer to the device you must hold the smartphone.

The default value is -48 dBm.

→ The door has been added.

→ Your common door is in the Planned status until you commission it.
