Delete a rental property door

Unmap a rental property door

  • You have installed the resivo utility app on your smartphone and are logged in.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  1. Open the resivo utility app.
  • You will see a list of all the real estates you manage.
  1. Select the real estate the rental property is assigned to.
  • You will see a list of all the rental properties you manage.
  1. Select the rental property.
  • Under Doors you will see all the doors that are assigned to this rental property.
  1. Tap the rental property door.
  • The Unmap icon appears.
  1. Tap the icon.
  • The following pop-up opens:
  1. Tap Unmap.
  • The door is no longer assigned to this rental property.

Delete a rental property door

  • You have unmapped the door in the resivo utility app.
  • You are in the resivo admin portal in the Doors menu in the Rental property door tab.
  • In the resivo admin portal, the door shows the status Planned.
    Note: You may have to reload the page.
  1. Click the door that you want to delete.
  1. Click in the top right.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Click Delete door.
  • The rental property door has been deleted.
