This section contains information about the creation, management and removal of your doors and the components used.

There are the following 2 types of doors:

  • Common door

  • Rental property door

Common doors

Common doors are doors that are normally used communally, i.e. by several tenants (e.g. main entrance door, door to washing room). Door groups can also be formed from common doors.

For common doors, components with an internet connection (wired/wireless) are normally used. Components without an internet connection (standalone) can also be used, but they come with certain restrictions (e.g. doors must be updated with the resivo utility app, no remote opening, etc.).

Common doors can be accessible to all tenants or only to specific persons. For a common door to be accessible to all, the Enable for all tenants option must be activated. If the option is deactivated, the common door is only accessible to certain persons. This is, for example, a door to a utility room (not accessible to tenants) or a door to fitness room (only accessible to specific tenants) You can make these settings when creating a door and/or change them at a later time.

Rental property doors

Rental property doors are doors that belong to a rental property (e.g. rental property door, cellar door). For rental property doors, components without an internet connection (standalone) are used (see How does resivo work for facility management?).
