Commission the rental property door

Here you will find the relevant video instruction for this article.

  • You have installed the resivo utility app on your smartphone and are logged in.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You are on site in front of the door component.
  • You have the real estate’s REM setup card with you. (Exception: wireless components with firmware version .46 or later can be commissioned with the virtual REM setup card which is in the resivo utility app.)
  • The rental property door has been assigned to the rental property in the resivo admin portal and has the status Planned.
  1. Open the resivo utility app.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Select the real estate the rental property is assigned to.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Select the rental property.
  1. Tap the rental property door.
  • The Commissioning icon appears.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Tap the icon.
  1. Follow the steps in the app.
  • The rental property door is in operation.
  • You can start with the move-in process of your tenants.
