User authorizations
The resivo admin portal is based on a role concept. Depending on the role, certain user authorizations are assigned.
These user authorizations can be modified in the Users menu at a later time.

User management |
Create, add and delete user. Assign or revoke authorizations. |
Facility management |
Add, edit and delete real estates, rental properties and rental property doors. |
Access management |
Add, edit and delete access via emergency keys, master keys, custom keys, PIN, and remote. Open all common doors using remote access. |
Tenant management |
Create, edit or delete tenant or key. Invite tenant to the resivo home app. Carry out move-in or move-out process. |
Component management |
Create, edit and delete common doors. Provide support and maintenance work (e.g. firmware updates). |
Access log |
View access log if the extension is active. |
Activity log |
View activity log if the extension is active at customer level. |
