The resivo admin portal is based on a role concept. Depending on the role, certain user authorizations are assigned.

These user authorizations can be modified in the Users menu at a later time.

User management

Create, add and delete user. Assign or revoke authorizations.

Facility management

Add, edit and delete real estates, rental properties and rental property doors.

Access management

Add, edit and delete access via emergency keys, master keys, custom keys, PIN, and remote. Open all common doors using remote access.

Tenant management

Create, edit or delete tenant or key. Invite tenant to the resivo home app. Carry out move-in or move-out process.

Component management

Create, edit and delete common doors. Provide support and maintenance work (e.g. firmware updates).

Access log

View access log if the extension is active.
