Add a user

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the User management authorization.
  • You are in the Users menu.
  1. Click New user.
  • The following view opens:

  1. Enter the email address.
  1. Select the language.
  1. Activate the authorizations for the new user.
  1. Select the real estates that the user is allowed to manage.
  1. Click Create.
  • The new user receives an invitation to register at the email address entered.
  • Following registration, the user can log in to the resivo admin portal and the resivo utility app.
