Lost tenant setup card

If tenants lose the tenant setup card, the door component must be short circuited. For this, the door component must be opened.

Reset door components (example with digital cylinder)

  • You need to bring the REM setup card of the real estate with you to commission the door components again after that.
    For door components with firmware version .46 or later, you can use the virtual REM setup card in the resivo utility app.
  • An authorized access medium is available for this door component.
  • You need to bring the tool (multitool/evolo tool) with you to open the respective component.
  • You need to bring a pointed tweezer with you.
  1. Disassemble the door component knob using the tool.
  1. Find both contacts for the INI reset.
  1. Briefly present the authorized access medium to the contacts.
  1. Try a short circuit within 3 seconds by holding the tweezer on both contacts.
  • 2 acoustic signals will sound.
  1. Remove the tweezer from the contacts.
  • The door component briefly flashes green.
  • You have reset the door component.
  • The door component must be unmapped in the resivo utility app and commissioned again.
