The procedure for deleting a common door depends on the door status and the component type.

Deleting a planned common door

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  1. In the menu, click Doors.
  1. Activate the Common door quick filter.
  1. Select the planned common door that you would like to delete.
  • The Details tab opens.
  1. Click in the top right.
  1. Click Delete.
  • The planned common door has been deleted.

Deleting an active common door: c-lever or digital cylinder

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You have the real estate’s REM setup card with you. (Exception: You don't need it for wireless components with firmware version .46 or later that have been commissioned with the virtual REM setup card).
  1. In the menu, click Doors.
  1. Activate the Common door quick filter.
  1. Select the common door to be deleted.
  • The Details tab opens.
  1. Click in the top right.
  1. Click Delete.
  • You have deleted the common door.
NOTICE

The component types "c-lever" and "digital cylinder" must be reset after this process.

  1. To reset the door component, hold the REM setup card in front of the component for 20 seconds.
    Exception: For wireless components that have been commissioned with the virtual REM setup card: Open the resivo utilty app, go to Dashboard, click the button, and click the button. Follow the steps in the app.
  • The common door has been deleted, and the door component has been reset.

Deleting an active common door: Access manager (with registration unit)

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  1. In the menu, click Doors.
  1. Activate the Common door quick filter.
  1. Select the access manager you would like to delete.
  • The Details tab opens.
  1. Click in the top right.
  1. Click Delete.
  • The common door has been deleted.
