• You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  1. In the menu, click Doors.
  1. Move your mouse pointer over Plan component.
  1. Click New elevator controller.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Give a name to the elevator controller.
  1. Optional: Select the building in which the elevator is located.
  1. Add the hardware ID if available.
  1. Under Elevator doors, add doors with floors.
  1. Decide whether and which doors belong to a rental property and which doors can be used by all (public).
  1. Add at least one compact reader or one registration unit.
  • Note: The peripheral address is automatically added. But you must set it using the rotary switch on the hardware. The peripheral addresses can only be the digits 1 or 2.
  1. Select the output for the respective floor.
  1. If you have one or more extension modules, add it.
    Note: You can add max. 9 extension modules 90 30 per remote reader 91 25.
  1. If you have one or more remote readers 91 25, add these to it.
    Note: You can add max. 6 remote readers 91 25.
  1. Once you have defined all floors and outputs, click Plan.
  • The elevator controller has been planned.

Adjust elevator controller settings

  1. Click the newly added elevator controller.
  1. Select the Configuration tab.
  1. In the Settings pane, adjust the settings if necessary.

Relay operation time

Set the relay opening time for the controller. After the set time expires, the relay locks automatically.

Access with user interaction

If the toggle is switched on, mobile access app and resivo home app users must press the button in their app to open the door (if TapGo is deactivated).

RSSI value (dBm)

The RSSI value (received signal strength indicator) determines the distance from which a device can detect a smartphone. The higher the value, the closer to the device you must hold the smartphone.

The default value is -48 dBm.
