Update the rental property door

If you have added or deleted an access medium, the rental property door must be updated.

The following article describes the steps for updating the door of a vacant rental property. In the case of a rented rental property, the tenant setup card is also required (e.g. when creating an emergency key).

  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You have installed the resivo utility app on your smartphone and are logged in.
  • You are on site in front of the door component.
  • You have the real estate’s REM setup card with you. (Exception: You don't need it for wireless components with firmware version .46 or later that have been commissioned with the virtual REM setup card).
  • If the rental property is rented, you must have the tenant setup card with you.
  1. Open the resivo utility app.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Select the real estate the rental property is assigned to.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Select the rental property.
  1. Tap the rental property door.
  1. Tap Update.
  1. Follow the steps in the app.
  • The rental property door has been updated.
  • The authorized access media have been updated.
