Transfer VCP

In order to open a door with a digital key, the respective component must know certain key and configuration data of the real estate. This data is shared to the component by using a versatile configuration package (VCP).

For the registration unit 90 01, the VCP is directly transferred via the cloud.

For the compact readers 91 04 and 91 12, it is necessary to transfer the VCP using the resivo utility app.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  • You have installed the resivo utility app on your smartphone and are logged in.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  1. Open the resivo utility app.
  • You will see a list of all the real estates you manage.
  1. Select the real estate in question.
  1. Tap the Readers tab.
  1. Tap the desired compact reader.
  1. Follow the steps in the app.
  • The VCP has been transferred.
  • The reader is now commissioned.
