Changes

  • Introduction of hierarchy level "real estate": A new administrative unit "real estate" has been added. Real estate may consist of one or multiple buildings. This allows for management of doors belonging to multiple buildings (e.g. entrance to shared garage, garbage room). With regards to this change, the wording in the application has been changed from "building" to "real estate" in several places.

  • Access log for key media and digital key: Recently, the access log is available for key media and digital keys as well. If an access medium or digital key is selected in the application, the information about where and which access is granted or denied is displayed in the Access log tab.

Improvements

  • Registration and resetting the password: The process for registering new administrators and users has been improved. Similarly, the process for resetting the password for existing users has also been improved.

  • Real estate settings: This page has been completely revised. Instead of individual tabs, all settings are now visible on a single page.

  • List of administrators: The list in the Administrators menu has been revised so that authorizations can be changed more quickly and easily.

  • CSV import: The template for importing CSV files is now available in all application languages (German, English, French, Italian). A 'Building' column has also been added so that rental properties can be assigned to buildings.

  • Door list: The status in the door list is updated automatically, making manual updates no longer necessary.

  • Tenant setup card: The tenant setup card is no longer mandatory for active and future contracts.
