When using resivo for an existing real estate, it is possible that only the common doors are equipped with the necessary components at first. The rental property doors are changed over at a later point. In this case the move-in process cannot be carried out.

For the tenants to still be able to use the resivo home app, the move-in must be carried out manually in the resivo admin portal.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You are in the Rental properties menu and can view your rental property list.
  • You have the Tenant management authorization.
  1. Select the rental property.
  1. Click on the future tenant.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Click Move in.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Click Yes.
  • The tenant/tenants has/have moved in.
  • The active tenant/tenants might received an invitation code for the resivo home app. (See your invitation code setting in the real estate settings in the resivo admin portal.)The automatically-sent invitation code is valid once and for 1 month. After successful installation, the tenant/tenants has/have access to the authorized common doors via smartphone.
  • The tenant/tenants has/have access to the authorized common doors with the access media provided to them.
NOTICE

You can carry out a move-out in the same manner. By moving out, the tenant/tenants loses/lose access to the resivo home app. The access media created no longer work. The tenant/tenants is/are deleted in the resivo admin portal.
