Activate mailbox management

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  1. Click the real estate you wish to activate the extension for.
  1. In the menu, click Settings.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Activate the Mailbox management extension.
  • Mailbox management is activated.
  • You can now create and commission mailbox controllers.
