You can retrieve access logs for door events and access media for the past 90 days by using the resivo admin portal and the resivo utility app.

What information can you find in access logs?

Access logs display the following information:

  • Date and time of the access

  • The access event: Whether the access or the remote access was requested, granted, or denied.

  • The access medium (for physical key access).

  • The phone number (for digital key access).

  • The user type performing the access (scope).

  • The user who granted the access.

  • For access medium logs: the doors on which the access medium was used.

What types of access logs can you retrieve?

You can retrieve events for the following types of doors and access media.

In resivo admin portal:

  • Online common doors

  • Elevator and mailbox doors

  • Access media and digital keys

In resivo utility app:

  • Offline common doors

  • Rental property doors

You can view access logs for:

View access log for an online common door

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access log authorization.
  • The Access log extension is activated in Real estate settings.
  • The component of the common door has an internet connection (wired or wireless).
  1. In the resivo admin portal, navigate to Real estate > Doors.
  1. Optional: Use the Common door filter to view only common doors.
  • The following view opens:

  1. Click the online common door for which you want to view the access log.
  1. Select the Access log tab.
  • You can see detailed information about door events from the past 90 days.
NOTICE

You can view the access logs for elevator and mailbox doors in the same way as for online common doors.

View access log for an access medium or a digital key

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access log authorization.
  • The Access log extension is activated in Real estate settings.
  • You have registered one or more access media or digital keys.
  1. In the resivo admin portal, navigate to Real estate > Access
  1. Click the access for which you want to retrieve an access log.
  1. In the Keys section, click the key for which you want to retrieve the access log.

  1. Select the Access logs tab.
  • You can see detailed information about the key events from the past 90 days.

Retrieve and view access log for an offline common door or a rental property door

NOTICE

If you use the access log function for a rented rental property, you must inform your tenants about data collection (see also appendix 4 "Obligations of the customer" of the framework contract).

  • You have installed the resivo utility app on your smartphone and are logged in.
  • You have the real estate’s REM setup card with you. (Exception: You don't need it for wireless components with firmware version .46 or later that have been commissioned with the virtual REM setup card).
  • You have the Access log authorization.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • The Access log extension is activated in Real estate settings.
  • The door for which you want to retrieve an access log is commissioned.
  • The door for which you want to retrieve an access log does not have online (wired or wireless) capabilities.
  1. In the resivo utility app, navigate to your real estate.
  1. Navigate to Doors.
  1. Select the door for which you want to read door events.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Tap Read Door Events and follow the instructions in the app.
  • You see a confirmation screen that door events have been successfully read.
  • You see the access log with the door events.
  1. Optional: You can share the access log in a .txt format by tapping .
  1. Optional: You can repeat reading the door access log by tapping .
  1. Optional: You can remove the door events by tapping .
  1. Optional: You can filter the events by tapping .
  • The access log is transferred automatically to the resivo admin portal. You can view the access log in Doors>{Component name}>Access log.
