Door groups can be created from multiple common doors. Door groups can then be assigned to rental properties or individual tenants.

Using door groups saves you time and effort, as you no longer need to assign all common doors individually and repeatedly.

Examples:

  • A real estate has additional rooms (e.g. fitness room, sauna, pool) which the tenants can use for a fee. You can create a door group for the doors to these rooms and assign it to the respective tenants.

  • In a real estate, there is a rental property for the caretaker. The respective caretaker requires access to the utility rooms, which other people may not access. You can create a door group for the common doors and assign it to the rental property. When a new caretaker moves in, they automatically receive access to the utility rooms.
