Delete the user

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the User management authorization.
  • You are in the Users menu.
  1. In the desired user’s row, click the symbol.
  • A pop-up opens.
  1. Click Delete to confirm the procedure.
  • You have deleted the user.
  • The user no longer has access to the resivo admin portal and the resivo utility app.
