Import data from an Aareon ERP system

Aareon is a supplier of ERP systems for the real estate industry.

resivo offers an interface via which data can be imported from Aareon ERP systems. This has the advantage of the data not needing to be recorded twice.

The following data can be imported:

  • Real estate

  • Rental properties

  • Tenant data

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Phone number (mobile)

    • Move-in date

The imported data can be modified in resivo. It is only possible to update the existing data and add new data through another import. No data is transferred from resivo to the Aareon ERP system.

NOTICE

As soon as the Aareon Integration extension is activated, it is no longer possible to add real estate, rental properties or tenants in resivo.

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • The Aareon Integration extension is activated in the customer settings.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  • You have the Tenant management authorization.
  • You have the credentials of the Aareon ERP system.
  1. Click Aareon Integration in the menu.
  1. Enter the tenant ID, the user name and the password from the Aareon ERP system.
    Note: The data can be changed in the Settings later on.
  1. Click Start import.
  • The entered data are checked.
  • After a successful check, the following view opens:
  1. Select the real estate you would like to import.
  1. Click Next.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Select the time zone and communication language.
    Note: By default, these two values are used for all real estate. To set the values individually for each real estate, activate the Set individually option.
  1. Click Next.
  • The following view opens:
  1. You have the option to already create one or more rental property doors for each rental property when carrying out the import. The advantage of this is that this step then does not need to be carried out individually for each rental property. If you would like to do this, enter the names of the doors.
    Note: The name of the rental property is automatically added to the door name during the import.
  1. Click Import.
  • The data are imported. This may take a few minutes.
  • If the import was successful, a message will appear.
  • A message will appear if data are missing. Correct the data concerned in the Aareon ERP system and restart the import.
  • The import is complete.
  • The data can be viewed and modified in resivo.
