In resivo, there are different status categories for access media and digital keys.

In the resivo admin portal, there are the following two status categories:

  • Status
    General status of the access medium or digital key

  • Deployment status
    Deployment status of the access medium or digital key at the respective door

There is only one status category in the resivo home app.

The following tables show which statuses there are, what they mean, and whether they apply to access media and/or digital keys.
