The move-in process did not work
If you do not arrive at the "The door has been successfully set up..." screen, the move-in process was terminated.
The following section will explain how you can proceed.
NOTICE

If you made it to Step 3 (keys and settings), there is a high probability that the door component is already programmed with the tenant setup card. This means that you must use the tenant setup card to reset the door component (Step 1).
- You have opened the rental property list.
- Select the rental property.
- The following view opens:

- Tap Complete move-in.
- The process starts over again.
- First hold the REM setup card and then the smartphone in front of the lock.
- Multiple signal tones will be emitted.

- Hold your smartphone in front of the lock.
- A short signal tone sounds.

- First hold the tenant setup card and then the smartphone in front of the lock.
- A short signal tone sounds.

- Hold the tenant setup card and then the smartphone in front of the lock again.
- A short signal tone sounds.

- As soon as the blue bar is loaded, the following view appears:

- The move-in process is completed.
NOTICE

If you held out the smartphone in front of the lock first by mistake in Step 1, 3 or 4, you cannot access setup mode and must restart the process from the beginning.
