Common doors with an internet connection can be opened remotely using the resivo admin portal or the resivo utility app. This makes it possible to grant one-time access to the building or a specific room to a third person, such as a technician or service provider, without having to be on site.

resivo admin portal

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access management authorization.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • The status of the door is Online.
  1. Click the real estate in which the common door is located.
  1. In the menu, click Doors.
  1. Activate the Common door quick filter.
  1. Click Open to the right of the line with the desired common door.
  • If opening was successful, a message will appear.
  • The door has been opened, and the person on site has access.
  • The remote opening is logged in the access log (if activated).

resivo utility app

  • You have installed the resivo utility app on your smartphone and are logged in.
  • You have the Access management authorization.
  • The status of the door is Online.
  1. Select the real estate in which the common door is located.
  1. Tap Doors in the menu.
  1. Tap the lock icon to the right of the desired common door.
  • If opening was successful, a message will appear.
  • The door has been opened, and the person on site has access.
  • The remote opening is logged in the access log (if activated).
