Door list and door status

The door list contains all doors and components of the selected real estate.

Quick filter

This list offers quick filters for the following criteria:

Criterion	Filter	Meaning
Door type	Common door	All common doors
	Rental property door	All rental property doors
	Others	Wireless gateway, elevator controller, mailbox controller, reader
Door status information	New	Doors with the status New (see table below) Doors with an Internet connection which were newly connected to resivo, but not yet commissioned
	General error	Doors which have reported an error
	Firmware update ready	Doors for which a firmware update is available
	Replace a battery	Doors for which the battery must soon be replaced

Status

The doors can have the following status:

Component type	Status	Meaning
With internet connection (wired/wireless)	Planned	Door is planned and ready for commissioning
	New	Door which was newly connected to resivo, but not yet commissioned
	Online	Door is in operation and connected to the internet
	Offline	No internet connection possible
Without internet connection (standalone)	Planned	Door is planned and ready for commissioning
	Mapped	Component was commissioned with the resivo utility app and mapped to the door
	In operation	Door is in operation
	Update pending	Door must be updated so that changes take effect Note: If a door is in operation but an update is required, only Update pending is shown.
