Commission a wireless gateway and component

Here you will find the relevant video instruction for this article.

  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You have the real estate’s REM setup card with you.
  • You have created the wireless gateway in the Doors menu in the resivo admin portal and it has the status Planned.
  • You have created the wireless component in the Doors menu in the resivo admin portal and it has the status Planned.
  1. Press the Join button on the wireless gateway.
  • The blue LEDs start flashing.
    Note: While the blue LEDs are flashing, the wireless gateway is in connection mode.
  1. Hold the REM setup card in front of the door component.
  • The component appears in the Doors menu in the resivo admin portal with the status New.
  1. In the resivo admin portal click Identify.
  1. Click the new component.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Select Planned component.
    Note: If the component has not yet been planned, you can do this with New component here.
  1. Select the previously planned wireless component from the list.
  1. Click Save.
  • The wireless gateway is in operation, and the planned common door is connected to the wireless component.
  • You can now open the common door with the master key or remotely by using the resivo admin portal.
