In the case of common doors with an internet connection, all changes (e.g. move-in/move-out, added/deleted access media, etc.) are applied automatically.

In the case of common doors without an internet connection, a manual update is required. The doors concerned have the Update pending status in the resivo admin portal and the resivo utility app.

  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You have installed the resivo utility app on your smartphone and are logged in.
  • You are on site in front of the door component.
  • You have the real estate’s REM setup card with you. (Exception: You don't need it for wireless components with firmware version .46 or later that have been commissioned with the virtual REM setup card).
  1. Open the resivo utility app.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Select the real estate in which the common door is located.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Tap Doors in the menu.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Tap the common door to be updated.
  1. Tap Update component.
  1. Follow the steps in the app.
  • The common door has been updated.
  • The authorized access media have been updated.
