For door components with firmware version earlier than .46 and for those that have been commissioned with the REM setup card, you must do the move-out with the REM setup card.

Tips for a smooth process:

  • For the following process, switch off automatic locking or extend it to 10 minutes if automatic locking is activated on your smartphone.

  • Hold the tenant setup card and the REM setup card in different hands so that you do not mix them up during the process.

  • If you had to terminate the process, go to article Move-out process did not work.

  • You have installed the resivo utility app on your smartphone and are logged in.
  • You have the real estate’s REM setup card with you.
  • The tenant has the tenant setup card ready (or has handed it over).
  1. Open the resivo utility app.
  • You will see a list of all the real estates you manage.
  1. Select the real estate the rental property is assigned to.
  1. In the menu, tap Rental.
  1. Tap the Rented tab.
  1. Select the rental property.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Tap Move out.
  1. Select the door(s) you wish to revoke access rights to.
  1. First hold the tenant setup card and then the smartphone in front of the lock.
  • Multiple signal tones will be emitted.
  1. Hold your smartphone in front of the lock.
  • A short signal tone sounds.
  1. First hold the REM setup card and then the smartphone in front of the lock.
  • A short signal tone sounds.
  1. Hold the REM setup card and then the smartphone in front of the lock again.
  • A short signal tone sounds.
  • As soon as the blue bar is loaded, the following view appears:
  • The move-out process is completed.
  • Your tenant has moved out.
  • If the tenant had access media for common doors without an internet connection, these doors must be updated so that the access media are made inactive.
NOTICE

If something went wrong, start the move-out process again or complete the move-out process, if required. If you made it to Step 3 (keys and settings), there is a high probability that the door component is already programmed with the REM setup card. This means that you will have to use the REM setup card to reset the door component (Step 1).
