After having registered as a user in the resivo admin portal, you can start with the planning and use of resivo.

The usual process is outlined below:

  • Necessary extensions

  • Register an REM setup card

Carry out the move-in process

Hand off the tenant setup card and access media to the tenants

Steps 1 through 6 are usually carried out by the dormakaba country organization or the responsible installation partner.

Facility management is responsible for steps 7 and 8.
