Getting started

After having registered as a user in the resivo admin portal, you can start with the planning and use of resivo.

The usual process is outlined below:

Step	Action
1	Add real estate, incl. entering the following data: Time zone, communication language, interval for battery replacement Contact details for the resivo home app Alternatively: Import data from an Aareon ERP system
2	Enter further settings for the real estate: Necessary extensions Register an REM setup card Optional: Add building
3	Add rental properties Alternatively: Import data from a CSV file
4	Add doors
5	Add access (esp. master key)
6	Commission doors
7	Add contracts and tenants
8	Carry out the move-in process Hand off the tenant setup card and access media to the tenants

Steps 1 through 6 are usually carried out by the dormakaba country organization or the responsible installation partner.

Facility management is responsible for steps 7 and 8.
