New features

  • Access management: The access rights assignment procedure has been fundamentally revised and new functions have been added.

    • The Special key and Guest access menus have been removed.

    • The Access and Customer wide access menus are new and include access rights through master keys and customized keys (formerly guest access).

    • Cross-property access using master keys and customized keys is now possible.

  • Signal strength for Mobile Access: The RSSI value (indicator for received signal strength) for compact readers and registration units can be set in the Configuration tab. The RSSI value determines the distance from which the device can detect a smartphone. The higher the value, the closer the smartphone must be held to the device.

  • Share door: It is now possible to share doors with other real estate regardless of whether the real estate belongs to the same customer or another customer. This function can be used to grant tenants and persons from other real estate access to a door. This is particularly important for large housing projects involving multiple owners or facility management workers.

    • Internet-connected common doors, elevator controllers and mailbox controllers can be shared.

    • The door settings (e.g. door opening time) can only be configured in the real estate to which the door belongs.

  • New languages: The resivo admin portal is now available in Dutch and Spanish. You can set the language in your Profile.

  • Special days and time profiles: Special days and time profiles can now be created in the Access control tab of the real estate settings. The created time profiles can then be assigned to internet-connected common doors (Settings tab > Operating mode Door open profile).

Changes

  1. Door list: The New quick filter has been shifted to the right-hand side in the Doors menu. The behavior of the quick filter on the left-hand side has also been adapted so that it can only be used to filter by door type.

  2. Inviting users/administrators: It is no longer possible to re-invite an active user or administrator.

  3. Firmware update: The firmware update instructions have been adapted.

  4. Real estate ID shown: The real estate ID is now shown in the real estate settings. This is required when sharing doors with other real estate.

  5. Wireless gateway: The component type Wireless gateway 9042-K7 is now selected as default when planning a wireless gateway instead of component type Wireless gateway 9042-K5.

  6. Various improvements to the user interface.
