Adding a master key

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access management authorization.
  1. Click the piece of real estate for which you wish to add a master key.
  1. In the submenu of the piece of real estate, click Access.
  1. Click the Master keys list entry.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Under Keys, click Add key.
  1. Enter the name of the keyholder.
  1. Scan the QR code of an access medium or tap in the number.
  1. Click Save.
  • You have added a master key to your piece of real estate.
