Deleting an emergency key

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access management authorization.
  1. Click the piece of real estate for which you wish to delete an emergency key.
  1. In the submenu of the piece of real estate, click Access.
  1. Click the list entry named Emergency keys.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Under Keys, click on the row of the emergency key you wish to delete.
  • The status of the emergency key is Revoked.
  1. Click again.
  1. The doors of vacant rental properties must also be updated using the resivo utility app.
  • You have deleted the emergency key.
