Deleting a master key

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access management authorization.
  1. Click the piece of real estate for which you wish to delete a master key.
  1. In the submenu of the piece of real estate, click Access.
  1. Click the Master keys list entry.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Under Keys, click on the row of the master key you wish to delete.
  • The status of the master key is Revoked.
  1. Click again.
  1. The doors of vacant rental properties must also be updated using the resivo utility app.
  • You have deleted the master key.
