Adding access with the “master key” access type

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access management authorization.
  1. In the menu, click Customer-wide access.
  1. Click New customer-wide access.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Give the access a meaningful name.
  1. Optional: Enter a description for the access.
  1. Select the Master key access type.
  • The following fields are displayed:
  1. Under Keys, click Add key.
  1. Enter the name of the keyholder.
  1. Scan the QR code of an access medium or tap in the number.
  1. Under Real estate, select the pieces of real estate to which access is to be granted.
  • You have created customer-wide access with the Master key access type.
