Deleting custom key access

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access management authorization.
  1. Click the piece of real estate for which you wish to delete the custom key access.
  1. In the submenu of the piece of real estate, click Access.
  1. Click the list entry of the access you wish to delete.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Click in the top right.
  1. Click Delete.
  1. If you have created an access medium for custom key access, you must update the door of the vacant rental property using the resivo utility app.
NOTICE

If the time period of access overlaps with the move-in of a tenant, access is automatically deleted as soon as the move-in process is complete.

  • You have deleted the custom key access.
