Deleting access with the “custom key” access type

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access management authorization.
  1. In the menu, click Customer-wide access.
  1. Click the access with the Custom key access type which you want to delete.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Click in the top right.
  1. Click Revoke.
  • The status of all keys is Revoked.
  • All door groups are removed under Door groups.
  1. Click in the top right.
  1. Click Delete.
  • You have deleted the customer-wide access with the Custom key access type.
