New features

• Support for the dormakaba compact reader 91 04:The compact reader 91 04 is now supported for installation with resivo. The compact reader 91 04 offers offline capabilities which are ideal for situations where continuous online connectivity might not be possible. This compact reader can now be used as a standalone component in resivo for both common doors and rental property doors.

• Access management:

• PIN access: PIN access to online doors is now supported in combination with the access manager 92 32 and the compact reader 91 12 or 90 02. Facility management can add and revoke PIN access via the Access menu in the resivo admin portal.
  Important: PIN access is not possible for elevator or mailbox configurations.

• Remote access: Remote access to all connected online doors is now supported. The access recipient receives an email or an SMS with a link to a landing page, from which they can trigger the remote access. Facility management can give remote access via the Access menu in the resivo admin portal.

• New resivo home app invitation setting: When you register a new real estate, you can choose whether the resivo home app invitation is sent to tenants automatically after move-in or manually. The default is the automatic invitation.

Improvements

• Multiple doors during new rental property creation: You can now enter multiple doors when you create a new rental property in the resivo admin portal.

• Various improvements to the user interface.

Known issues

• Access logs for PIN access not available for certain firmware versions: The access logs for PIN access only display Access permitted for access manager firmware versions EX.AM-02.05.001-PR to EX.AM-02.05.006-PR. dormakaba highly recommends upgrading to firmware version EX.AM-02.05.007-PR.
