Adding PIN access
- You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
- You have the Access management authorization.
- Click the real estate for which you want to add a PIN access.
- In the submenu of the piece of real estate, click Access.
- In the lower-right corner, hover over New access and click PIN.
- The following view opens:
- Give the access a meaningful name.
- Optional: Enter a description for the access.
- To add a PIN, click +ADD PIN.
- The following pop-up opens:

- Enter a PIN or use the automatically-generated one.
Note: You can set the minimum PIN length in the real estate settings. You can choose a minimum length of 6 or 8 digits for your PIN. The default setting for new real estates is 8 digits.
- Add the PIN recipients.
You can add as many emails and/or phone numbers as you want.
- Click Save.
- Your newly-added PIN appears in the PIN section.
Note: You can add as many PINs as you want. Just click +ADD PIN and repeat the process.
- Optional: Specify the Validity of the PIN access. If unset, the PIN(s) is/are valid from creation until deletion.
You can use +SET VALIDITY to specify on which days of the week and at what times the keyholder(s) has/have access.
- Select the Doors for which you wish to grant access.
Only online doors with a registration unit or a compact reader with PIN keypad are displayed.
- Click Create.
- You have added the PIN access to your real estate.
- An email and/or an SMS is sent to the PIN recipients containing the PIN and a link to the access details.
