Adding remote access

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access management authorization.
  1. Click the real estate for which you want to add a remote access.
  1. In the submenu of the piece of real estate, click Access.
  1. In the lower-right corner, hover over New access and click Remote.
  • The following view opens:
  1. Give the access a meaningful name.
  1. Optional: Enter a description for the access.
  1. Add recipients for the remote access.
    You can add as many emails and/or phone numbers as you want.
  1. Optional: Set the Validity of the remote access. If unset, the remote access is valid from creation until deletion.
    You can use +SET VALIDITY to specify on which days of the week and at what times the keyholder(s) has/have access.
  1. Select the Doors for which you want to grant remote access.
    Note: Only online doors with internet connection can be opened remotely. All other doors are ignored.
  1. Click Create.
  • You have added the remote access to your real estate.
  • An email and/or an SMS is sent to the remote access recipients containing a link to use the remote access.
