Invite tenants to the resivo home app

Select your home app invitation setting for the real estate

When you create a new real estate in the resivo admin portal, you select whether to send to new tenants an invitation code for the resivo home app automatically after move-in or manually (see Add real estate).

You can check your selection and change it anytime from the real estate settings:

Depending on which option you select:

  • Automatically after move-in: Your tenants receive the home app invitation automatically after move-in. (No matter if you complete the move-in through the resivo admin portal or the resivo utility app

  • Manually: No invitation for the resivo home app is sent after you complete the move-in. You must invite your tenants manually via the resivo admin portal.

To send the invitation manually

  1. Navigate to the rental property.
  1. Expand the Active contract tab.
  1. Click in the tenant's row and click Send invitation
  • The Home app status for the contact changes to Pending.
  • The tenant receives an email and/or an SMS with an invitation to download the resivo home app and an activation code.
