Share elevator doors

You can share your elevator doors with a target real estate and assign access to the elevator to persons from the target real estate.
You can also unshare an elevator door or delete it from the target real estate's door list.

Share an elevator door

You can share an elevator door with other real estates you manage.

  • You manage more than one real estate.
  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You have an elevator controller in the Planned or Commissioned status.
  1. In the menu, click Doors.
  1. Click the elevator controller you want to share.
  1. Click the Share tab.
  • The following view opens:

  1. Click +SHARE ELEVATOR DOOR
  • A pop-up opens.

  1. Select the elevator door(s) that you want to share.
  1. Select the real estate that you want to share the door(s) with or enter the real estate ID.
  1. Click Share.
  • The door appears in the real estate's list with shared elevator doors.
  • You can assign access to the door from the real estate it was shared with.

Unshare an elevator door

You can unshare an already shared elevator door.

  1. On the source real estate, go to Doors.
  1. Click the controller you want to unshare.
  1. Click the Share tab.
  1. Under Share elevator doors, expand the target real estate and click the recycle bin icon () for the door that you want to unshare.
  • The door disappears from the source real estate's list with shared elevator doors.
  • The door disappears from the target real estate's door list.

Delete a shared elevator door from a target real estate

You can delete a shared elevator door from a target real estate's door list.

  1. On the target real estate, go to Doors.
  1. Click the door that you want to delete.
  1. Click and click Delete.
  1. In the pop-up, click Delete.
  • The door disappears from the source real estate's list with shared elevator doors.
  • The door disappears from the target real estate's door list.
