Share mailboxes

You can share mailboxes with a target real estate and assign access to the mailboxes to persons from the target real estate.
You can also unshare mailboxes or delete them from the target real estate's door list.

Share a mailbox

You can share a mailbox with other real estates you manage.

  • You manage more than one real estate.
  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You have a mailbox controller in the Planned or Commissioned status.
  1. In the menu, click Doors.
  1. Click the mailbox controller you want to share.
  1. Click the Share tab.
  • The following view opens:

  1. Click +SHARE MAILBOX
  • A pop-up opens.

  1. Select the mailbox(es) that you want to share.
  1. Select the real estate that you want to share the mailbox(es) with or enter the real estate ID.
  1. Click Share.
  • The mailbox appears in the real estate's list with shared mailbox doors.
  • You can assign access to the mailbox from the target real estate.

Unshare a mailbox

You can unshare a mailbox that you have shared.

  1. On the source real estate, go to Doors.
  1. Click the mailbox controller that you want to unshare.
  1. Click the Share tab.
  1. Under Share mailboxes, expand the target real estate and click the recycle bin icon () for the mailbox that you want to unshare.
  • The mailbox disappears from the source real estate's list with shared mailbox doors.
  • The door disappears from the target real estate's door list.

Delete a shared mailbox from a target real estate

You can delete a shared mailbox from a target real estate's door list.

  1. On the target real estate, go to Doors.
  1. Click the mailbox that you want to delete.
  1. Click and click Delete.
  1. In the pop-up, click Delete.
  • The mailbox disappears from the source real estate's list with shared mailbox doors.
  • The mailbox disappears from the target real estate's door list.
