Share a common door

You can share your common doors with a target real estate and assign access to the common doors to persons from the target real estate.
You can also unshare a common door or delete it from the target real estate's door list.

Share a common door

You can share a common door with other real estates you manage.

  • You manage more than one real estate.
  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You have a common door in the Planned or Commissioned status.
  1. In the menu, click Doors.
  1. Click the common door you want to share.
  1. Click the Settings tab.
  1. Click +SHARE DOOR
  • A pop-up opens.
  1. Select the real estate that you want to share the door(s) with or enter the real estate ID.
  1. Click Share.
  • The target real estate appears in the Shared doors pane.
  • The door appears in the target real estate's doors list and access can be assigned to it.

Unshare a common door

You can unshare an already shared common door.

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You have shared a common door with another real estate.
  1. On the source real estate, navigate to Doors.
  1. Click the door that you want to unshare.
  1. Click the Settings tab.
  1. In the Shared doors pane, click the recycle bin icon () for the target real estate you want to unshare the door with.
  • The target real estate disappears from the common door's Shared doors pane.
  • The door disappears from the target real estate's door list.

Delete a shared common door from a target real estate

You can delete a shared common door from a target real estate's door list.

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  • You have the Component management authorization.
  • You have a common door that is shared with your real estate (target real estate).
  1. On the target real estate, navigate to Doors.
  1. Click the door that you want to delete.
  1. Click and click Delete.
  1. In the pop-up, click Delete.
  • The target real estate disappears from the common door's Shared doors pane.
  • The door disappears from the target real estate's door list.
