Define maximum digital keys per contract

In the resivo admin portal you can define the maximum number of digital keys per contract that tenants/residents can grant to other people through the resivo home app.

You can define the maximum digital keys per contract both on the real estate and on the contract (rental property) level.

Define maximum digital keys per contract on the real estate level

When you create a new real estate, the number of maximum digital keys per contract is set by default to unlimited. You can define a digital key limit by using the admin portal.

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have created a real estate for which you want to define the maximum number of digital keys per contract.
  • You have the Facility management authorization.
  1. Navigate to the real estate settings.
  1. In the Settings pane, adjust the Limit digital keys setting according to your choice.
    The default setting is Unlimited. You can enter any number between 3 and 500 as the new digital key limit per contract.
  1. Click Save.
  • The digital key limit per contract has been changed.
  • The new digital key limit applies to all new contracts unless you apply a digital key limit on the contract (rental property) level.

Define maximum digital keys on the contract (rental property) level

You can also define the maximum number of digital keys allowed for a specific contract on the rental property level. The default number of digital keys is inherited from the real estate level. You can change it from the contract pane in the rental property window.

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have assigned a contract to a rental property and want to define the maximum number of digital keys allowed.
  • You have the Tenant management authorization.
  1. Navigate to the rental property for which you want to define the maximum number of digital keys allowed.
  1. In the contract pane, adjust the Limit digital keys setting according to your choice.
    The default limit is inherited from the real estate. You can enter any number between 3 and 500 and change the digital key limit for the specific contract.
  1. Click Save.
  • The digital key limit for the specific contract has been changed.
