Assign time profiles to common doors

Once you created your time profiles and special days, you can assign them to common doors and design your real estate access according to your needs.

Assign a time profile to a common door

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Access management authorization.
  • You have an online common door with a wireless component (digital cylinder, c-lever pro, c-lever compact, c-lever air, access manager, or remote reader).
  • You have created a time profile that you want to assign to a common door.
  • (Optional) You have defined special days for your real estate, on which your time profiles will not be valid.
  1. In the menu, click Doors.
  1. Click on the online common door for which you want to assign a time profile.
  1. Select the Settings tab.
  1. In the Settings pane, click on the Operating mode dropdown and select Door open profile.
  1. In the Time profile dropdown, select the time profile of your choice.
  1. Click Save.
  • A Component updated message appears.
  • The new operating mode and time profile appear in the Settings pane.
  • The new access rules are applied to your online common door.
