You can use the Customer activity log to view changes in the resivo admin portal on the customer level for the last 180 days.

The customer activity log displays changes concerning:

  • Real estate creation, update, and deletion

  • User creation, update, and deletion

  • Customer extensions

  • Customer-wide access creation, update, and deletion

  • API credential generation

To view the Customer activity log

  • You are logged into the resivo admin portal.
  • You have the Activity log authorization.
  • The Activity log extension is activated in the customer settings.
  1. In the menu, click Customer activity.
  • You can see a list of events on the customer level with their exact times of occurrence.
    Tip: Scroll through the list to view older events.

To select which columns to view

  1. Hover over a column title.
  1. Click on the icon.
  1. Select Manage columns.
  1. Use the toggle switches to select the columns that you want to view.
