New features

  • Two-factor authentication: You can now make your logins more secure by activating two-factor authentication through the Profile menu. You can choose between an SMS and an authentication app to receive your login security code.

  • Limit digital keys: You can now define the maximum number of digital keys per contract that tenants/residents can grant through the resivo home app. The maximum digital keys per contract can be defined both on the real estate and the contract (rental property) level.

  • Remote open for tenants/residents control: You can now deactivate the remote open feature for tenants/residents for each online common door. This setting impacts the tenant/resident's capabilities in the resivo home app.

  • Virtual REM setup card: For each real estate, the system now generates a virtual setup card which is similar to the physical REM setup card but can be used through a smartphone. You can see the virtual REM setup card number in the real estate settings. You can use the virtual setup card through the resivo utility app to commission offline common doors and rental property doors, move-in and move-out tenants/residents, read the door battery status, and so on.

  • Customer activity log: You can now take advantage of a Customer activity log which displays configuration changes on the customer level. For example, you can monitor access authorizations, real estate and user management, API credential generation, and so on.

  • Search menu: You can now use the Search menu on the customer level to find information about a specific setup card, an access medium, or a digital key.

Improvements

  • Mirrored camera output: For a more natural experience, the camera output now mirrors your movements when scanning access media.

  • Delete expired access: You can now delete expired access entries from the Real estate and Customer-wide access menus.

  • PIN length setting: In the real estate settings, you can set the minimum PIN length for PIN access.

  • Door list enhanced with new columns: You can invoke additional columns in your door list to see the component's firmware version, signal strength, and hardware ID.

  • Better navigation: You can navigate from a rental property door to the rental property through a link.

  • Various improvements to the user interface.

Known issues

  • Access logs for PIN access not available for certain firmware versions: The access logs for PIN access only display Access permitted for access manager firmware versions EX.AM-02.05.001-PR to EX.AM-02.05.006-PR. dormakaba highly recommends upgrading to firmware version EX.AM-02.05.007-PR.
